My presentation will showcase Byte Size Lesson samples designed to prompt students to challenge their assumptions and engage in deeper thinking. These examples will ask students to utilize knowledge in unfamiliar contexts and draw new conclusions based on what they've learned, as well as develop additional skills like analysis and evaluation. Educators will have the freedom to integrate these sample lessons into middle grade Social Studies classes, regardless of the specific topic.
